Featured Events

 Echoes from the Edge looks at how the contrasting genres of jazz and punk, found space to innovate and artistically thrive in Hermosa Beach. Don’t miss the one-night Punk Art Showcase TONIGHT, Thursday, July 17, from 6–8 pm. You’ll see:

  • Live music from suckerpunch

  • Live painting by Damian Fulton

  • Work from local artist Bob Dob

  • Punk photography from Kevin Salk

  • T-shirts by Chris Petersen

The exhibit runs through October, but this art night is one-time only. Admission is complimentary. RSVP online to get a free coozie at the door.

For 61 years, St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church has hosted the South Bay Greek Festival, sharing the unique culture and traditions of Greece with the local community. The festival celebrates their enduring love of life, food, drink, and dance. Definitely worth a walk-through just for the homemade moussaka, souvlaki, and spanakopita!

Local Anchor hosts Family Music Days - come and enjoy live performances, arts and crafts, games for all ages, local vendors - something for everyone in the family!

You don’t have to be a gearhead to enjoy a day of custom cars, motorcycles, food from Original Tommy’s, vendors, raffles, and live music by The IdelliX. Registration includes a T-shirt and dash-plaque. All proceeds support the American Cancer Society’s vision.

This summer marks 20 years since the passing of Charlie Saikley, the "Godfather of Beach Volleyball" and founder of the Manhattan Beach 6-Man Tournament. The tournament continues his legacy with costumes, competition, and now youth divisions joining the tradition.
